5. Payment and Billing:

Payment for services is due according to the agreed-upon schedule.

We accept various payment methods, as outlined in our payment policy.

Rates and fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Any additional services requested outside the established care plan may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe, as specified in our cancellation policy.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.

7. Confidentiality:

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.

All client records and personal information are protected in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws.

Caregivers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
